The Process:
First, we meet with you at your home and get an idea of your pool/spa vision and budget, assist you with any financing needs, and complete a site inspection. Based on this, we then design your dream swimming pool/spa. After the design and pricing is finalized, we present you with a contract to sign and a deposit will be required for us to obtain engineering and permits. We will work with you on a payment schedule based upon completion of each phase of construction through the final inspection. Once permits are finalized, we begin scheduling each phase of construction, with each phase personally supervised and reviewed by our artistic staff.

Wade Foglia, after graduating from UNLV with a degree in business finance, joined his father in 1999 and is now President of Artistic Pool & Spa. Wade’s father, Ron, was the original founder of the company. He joined the swimming pool industry in 1974 and founded Artistic Pool & Spa in 1981 with the goal of building a reputable company that believes in quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
